Copyright on texts belongs to the OKS (Ottema-Kingma Foundation). The copyright for photographs belongs to the photographers involved and the Fries Scheepvaart Museum (Frisian Maritime Museum) in Sneek.

Commercial rights have been transferred to the OKS, which also owns the reporduction rights. Downloading images from this site is permitted for non-commercial personal use only, provided that the copyright notice remains unchanged.

For all other uses permission is required from the OKS. This authorization may be subject to conditions. An application may be made to do so via the contact form.

Inclusion in the OKS database does not necessarily mean that the object are currently on display in a museum. It is up to the borrower if an object is stored in depot or exhibited.
